We’ll be looking for evidence of working in an agency environment where you will have led similar projects and be able to demonstrate both attention to detail and wider, strategic thinking. With a focus on results, you will have a passion for data and analytics, but maintain your ability to develop innovative approaches. You will need to be a great communicator, confident in
presentations and keen to develop you own skills as well as those of the team.
This is a great opportunity to lead a team, implement a strategic approach and mould a career in a growing agency.
In summary, we’re looking for someone with:
– 5+ years relevant experience working across a combination of PPC & paid social media
– experience of line managing a team
– active team player who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working towards deadlines
– client-focused marketing professional with excellent commercial awareness & strong project management skills
– excellent communication & presentation skills as you’ll be contributing to new business pitches as well as presenting to the wider business
– a highly analytical mind and a strong attention to detail, with a passion for data and analytics
– marketing or digital degree – desirable but not essential

In this role, you’ll:
–
Represent Adgen at relevant conferences and exhibitions
– Managing the digital team

-Tweaking, improving and refining processes over time to raise efficiency and quality of work within the agency
– Working directly with clients and managing relationships directly
– Championing digital innovation within and outside the agency
– Involvement in sales pitches and tenders
– Training of internal staff and clients
– Responsibility for the implementation and management of a cutting-edge, real-time reporting system
– Active management and involvement of recruitment into the digital team
– Ensuring compliance and best practice related to data processing and security, training and educating staff internally
– Writing Google Ads scripts and other automations to drive results and growth
– Use of SEO, CRO, tracking, JavaScript knowledge and more to deliver unique insights and strategies above and beyond PPC campaign
